A Big Bus representative advised us not to print a reservation because it was better to view the City at night and we would have a better chance of not missing the reservation time if we waited to print the tickets at the end of the day we were told we could come back to the exact location before 5:00, however when we arrived at 4:30 pm, we were not able to find a representative that had the equipment needed to print our tickets. Then, hop back on the bus and visit Top of the Rock, Times Square, and the Chrysler Building.Did not give 5 stars because we were not able to use the Empire State Building portion due to the inability to find a Big Bus representative after 4:30 pm to print the tickets.
